The shipping costs are as follows:

Italy	Standard shipping 1-3 days €5.90 (FREE for orders over €25.00)

Germany	Standard shipping 3-5 days €6.90 (FREE for orders over €49.99)

Austria, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg	Standard international shipping 3-5 days €6.90

Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia	Standard international shipping 3-5 days €11.00

Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Norway, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland	Standard international shipping 3-5 days €15.00

Canada, United States	Standard international shipping 1-3 days €9.00

Import duties are payable by the recipient.

Delivery Times

Your order will be processed and shipped via express courier within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s transit schedule and the destination.

Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment options:

Credit Card through the Shopify Payments system.
PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or wish to pay by credit card without one.
Cash on Delivery (Italy only): this payment method includes an additional fee of €5.00. The amount must be paid in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
Bank Transfer (Prepayment): the order will be shipped once payment confirmation is received.
Invoice requests must be made at the time of purchase by adding a note in the comments field or by sending an email to help@kaiera.it.
